I'm preparing to purchase and install vBulletin, and to migrate my Discus forum (at www.notation.com/forum.htm) over to vBulletin. At the same time, I inted to reorganize the hierarchy of topics and subtopics in my forum, from an unnecessarily deep hierarchy to one which is much flatter. The mapping of old Discus topics to new vBulletin topics will be many-to-one.

Two questions:

1. Does vBulletin offer a convenient way to reorganize topics? Ideally, does it have a batch way to do this, say, with a text file file that indiciates Topic A -> Topic X; Topic B-> Topic X; Topic B -> Topic Y?

2. If you're reading this and have had experience using the ImpEx tool for Discus to vBulletin, would you be interested in doing the above work for hire?

Cheers
